Nutonix Warranty

Nutonix is pleased to offer our customer’s warranty on our devices, please be sure to refer to your product packaging on the warranty details for your device.  If your device ever has any manufacturing or workmanship defects, we will replace it. We want our customers to feel ensured that they have purchased the best and most effective products available in the beauty technology industry. All products must be registered in order for the warranty to apply. The registration form can be found below.

What does the warranty not cover?

It will not cover wear and tear instances, such as the Nutonix lettering and logo rubbing off due to normal wear. The warranty does not cover mistreatment or misuse of the product. We reserve the right to refuse warranty replacement if such is the case.

How do I get my warranty replacement?

Complete the form below to register for your warranty. To begin the warranty replacement process, please contact our customer service team. They will guide you through the necessary steps.

Is the warranty replacement free? Are there any fees?

Your replacement product is absolutely free. However, shipping and handling fees do apply.

The exact amount of these fees depends on your location and the specific product being replaced. Our customer service team will provide you with all the details and options for payment once you initiate your warranty request.

Shipping and handling fees can be paid by cash, credit card, money order, or cashier’s check. For credit card payments, please simply note “payment by credit card” and a representative will contact you by telephone to arrange for payment. Please note that personal checks are not accepted and we cannot send replacements to P.O. boxes.

Please email our customer service for international shipping and handling rates (shipments outside the U.S. and Canada). Potential duties and taxes resulting from an international shipment are the customer’s responsibility.
